Welcome to NorthRoad Church

We’re glad you’re visiting us today, and encourage you to browse a bit, and learn more about us. Like why we chose Moscow Mills, Missouri, and learn about our vision for Lincoln County, MO and the hearts of people needing Christ in their lives. Afterward, we invite you to reach out to us by phone or email with any questions you may have. Most importantly, please accept our heartfelt invitation to join us for one of our Sunday morning services!

Our Purpose at NorthRoad

In the book of Acts, there is a story of a little-known disciple named Phillip. He was an obedient follower of Christ that at the point of this story was doing amazing things for God. He was healing paralytics, casting out demons and helping people to know Jesus Christ daily when God came to him with a strange request… “Go stand on a random desert road.”

The bible accounts that immediately Phillip left what was safe and comfortable and started out on his journey with great expectations of what God was going to do on that road. Upon arriving on the road he met a leader among the Ethiopians that needed someone to explain the bible to him. It was a divine encounter in the making! Phillip offered to help him, and over a few hours, time introduced the Ethiopian leader to the savior of the world; Jesus Christ! A leader of Ethiopia that would soon take the story of Jesus back to his people and change their lives forever.

Like Phillip, God has called NorthRoad Church to that very same challenge… to go and plant on a road called North Highway 61. His plans are incredible and his goal is to select out a few people, like yourself that will walk with expectant faith and stand as a light to those around them! Will you be that light?

Our Vision at NorthRoad

God continues to bless those who come unto Him. People’s lives are being changed, marriages are being healed, men are rising to be father’s after God’s own heart, women are making a difference in the lives of their children. God is good!  And we’re still growing beyond the bounds of our walls. The vision for Lincoln County is clear: Reach men, women, youth, kids, young adults, aging adults, and diverse and broken families with the Good News of Jesus Christ!

God called NorthRoad Church to go and

plant on a road called North Highway 61. In the book of Acts, there is a story of a little-known disciple named Phillip. WORSHIP

Can you imagine a church where every time to you left the building you felt like you had personaly met with God? Our goal at NorthRoad will be to do everything we can to focus on the time we come together weekly to worship God and make it the most thought provoking, power filled hour you spend each week.

CONNECT

Let’s be real, connecting with others is what we were created to do.  God made us for fellowship and we are at our best when we have a community that surrounds us. Can you imagine being in a group where you could be honest about who you are? Can you imagine a place that would accept you where you are but not allow you to remain the same as a follower of Christ? Our goal at NorthRoad is to create just that atmosphere! An atmosphere that invites imperfect people with an opportunity to be perfected by Christ.

SERVE

We all want to know that our life matters and that we make a difference! NorthRoad is a church humbly prepared to change nations and we will do just that as we take the saving truth of Christ to our community, nation, and world! At NorthRoad we will minister with an intentionality through mission trips, service projects, and church plants that will change the world around us. We want to be a church that meets the needs of all kinds. Whether we are providing water to the Sudan or taking the water of life to those that need Christ around the world. Imperfect people changing a very imperfect world!

To know deep, lasting joy, we have to truly know Christ.

What is Deeper?

Deeper is a two-year one fund initiative from March 2017 through

April 2018 that will test our faith through giving and allow us to

experience the blessing of living generously. deeper is not a capital,

or building, campaign. It is first and foremost an initiative that will allow

us to explore God’s desire to bless us and grow our faith through

giving and living generously.

What is the goal of Deeper?

Our prayer is that Deeper takes our church to new levels of trust in

God. Giving Him all that we have to live a deeper walk with Him by

trusting Him in every area of our life. One of the biggest challenges we

will have as a church this year is the challenge to live generously.

Through this Deeper campaign we will challenge ourselves as a

church not just to look inward at our needs but to look outward with

the idea that our generosity could change the lives of those that pass

us by everyday. An increase in our giving generosity will allow us to

take care of all the ministry that is currently happening at Northroad,

while also giving us the ability to renovate our current building and

accommodate all of those that daily are coming through the doors of

Northroad for the first time. This is a two-pronged innitiative that will

ensure Northroad can grow for the future while at the same time

sustain that growth by providing ministries that will change lives.
